Dronacharya Award Winner List 13 November 2021
Dronacharya award has been given to 9 person at Rashtrapati Bhavan on 13 November 2021 by President Ram Nath Kovind. Shri T.P. Ouseph also got Dronacharya award for his outstanding achievements in Coaching. All the winners are listed in below table.

Winner List With Details
1) Shri T.P. Ouseph
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri T.P. Ouseph for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding athletes who have won medals in National and International competitions.
One of them is Anju Bobby George. She won the bronze medal in Long Jump at the 2003 World Championships in Athletics in Paris. She was the first athlete from India who had done this miracle.
2) Shri Sarkar Talwar
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri Sarkar Talwar for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding cricket players who have won medals in National and International competitions.
Sarkar Talwar was Chief Coach of the Indian Jr. Cricket team from 1995 to 2003. He is also Sports Director in Manav Rachna. Sarkar played first class cricket for Haryana as a bowler.
3) Shri Ashan Kumar
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri Ashan Kumar for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding Kabaddi players and teams who have participated and won national and international competitions.
He was coach of Puneri Paltan in the Season 6 of Pro Kabaddi League. Ashan worked with Nasik Army Sports Unit as well.
4) Dr Tapan Kumar Panigrahi
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Dr Tapan Kumar Panigrahi for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding swimming players who have participated and won in national and international competitions.
5) Shri Radhakrishnan Nair P
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri Radhakrishnan Nair P for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Athletics Trained By Radhakrishnan
He has trained many outstanding athletics players like Neeraj Chopra, Vismaya V K and Hima Das.
Neeraj Chopra won the gold medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020 for javelin throw. Neeraj is also Gold Medal Winner in Gold Coast CWG 2018 and Asian Games, Jakarta 2018.
Vismaya V K was part of the Indian women’s 4 × 400 metres relay team that won the gold medal at the 2018 Asian Games
Hima Das holds the current Indian national record in 400 meters with a timing of 50.79 s that she clocked at the 2018 Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia.
6) Ms. Sandhya Gurung
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Ms. Sandhya Gurung for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Athletics Trained By Sandhya Gurung
She has trained many outstanding boxers like Lovlina Borgohain, Jamuna Boro and Simranjeet kaur.
Lovlina Borgohain won the Bronze medal in Tokyo Olympics 2020 for Boxing. She also won Bronze Medal Winner in AIBA World Women Boxing Championship, 2019.
Jamuna Boro won a bronze medal in AIBA World Women Boxing Championship, 2019 held in Ulan-Ude, Russia.
Simranjeet kaur won a bronze medal in AIBA World Women Boxing Championship, 2018 held in New Delhi, India.
7) Ms. Pritam Siwach
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Ms. Pritam Siwach for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. She has trained many outstanding hockey players who have won medals in national and international competitions. Pritam Siwach is creating a platform for the upcoming Hockey stars in India.
8) Jai Prakash Nautiyal
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri Jai Prakash Nautiyal for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding para shooting players who have participated and won in national and international competitions.
9) Shri Subramanian Raman
President Kovind presented Dronacharya Award, 2021 to Shri Subramanian Raman for his outstanding achievements in Coaching on 13 November 2021 at Rashtrapati Bhavan. He has trained many outstanding table tennis players who have participated and won in national and international competitions.
